An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck.

One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water.

Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of what it had been made to do. After 2 years of what it perceived to be bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house."

The old woman smiled, "Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side?" "That's because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you water them." "For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house."

Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.

after some period of stabbing poems in my blog
i wanna give this post a normal look
been tired these few days
its either fatigue or due to some personal problems
because of these problems, i can't eat well
and when u didn't have food to fill ur stomach
gastric comes in, but its cool.
when u're under some stress or thoughts that are so serious
even more gastric juice is produced for my case
stimulating lots of acidic behaviour in there
visiting toilets here and there

sch was okay, nth much
results of term test was not bad
but still quite disappointed cos of the dumb fuck careless mistakes i made

my level maturity makes me think that

congratz to gl, passed out on last saturday successfully. a milestone in the army for guys. talking about army, seriously quite a good thing thou. i dun see why ppl should whine about it and saying it a waste of time. or perhaps ppl trying their best to climb and work hard into the society should think that way. they say guys lose out to females in terms of working experience and some other stuff u can think of because of the army. TRUE i agree, but i think this is something we should try and overcome and not blaming on it. why are there still successful guys earning tons of money at the age range of 30-50 even thou they have to serve their ICT and 2 years army life? we should learn from these ppl.

hard life lately as i have to control my spendings.
looking for jobs but to no avail. employers i've talked to so far either wants me to commit longer or the type of job isn't what i can handle.

anyway, congratz to her for passing her traffic police test for driving with 2 POINTS!!! amazing.

well the word tuition can be misleading as lots of ppl doubt that i can teach. i wish these ppl can see through me more. quite sad to hear it but dun doubt me. it wasn't really being a tutor but like a supervisor to keep these foreign kids doing their shits and work in good manner. they have questions, they look for me.
not bad, so far these kids kind of work well with me. they are just cute and innocent kids which makes me think of what i am when i was at that age, nostelgic.

唉呦　不錯哦, 下个星期五就回家!!! Been eating much these few days.. Monday was okay, canteen food. Tuesday had KFC for lunch(super huge portion for me now). Dinner was bleah, but still ate a little bit but had 交子 for supper. Yesterday had a super dinner at BANANA LEAF, cost us total 260RMB. Curry chicken, pineapple rice, some super nice and big fish and

A successful Hongkong trip last weekend. Although we only have saturday and morning of sunday to shop, we covered all the places we wanted to go =E. Bought a lot of things, especially tees. Things are super cheap and i bought another jeans lol.. Didn't want to buy but still can't resist.. Anyway... Came back and started packing most of my stuffs.. Not bad, still some tiny space left in the luggage haha.. My time here are getting closer, only 11 days left.. Still need to buy some stuff and small things left unpack.. This is a nice nonsense. Each guest paid $9 because they gave $30 and they were given back $3. The manager got $25 and the difference ($2) has the bellboy. So it is nonsense to add the $2 to the $27, since the bellboy kept the $2.

Went to Guangzhou to pamper ourselves with JAPANESE FOOD!! Quite cheap for most of the dishes except for Tempura which we didn't order.. 2 dead prawns for 8SGD!! crazy.. Prices are in SGD

Been doing welding these few days.. Quite cool and fun to do, but tedious and certainly skin scorching. Skin on my arms are like super red now, so does my face (with a goggle mark).

Not really anything special this week. Except for fabricating the stupid bench test for the motor and playing some sudoku when free during office hour =E. Would be boring if I go into details. Today was stupid, wanted to go 佛山市 for a walk and dinner after that. Took 280, a direct bus to 佛山 but dunno which part of 佛山. Ended up in the terminal in some super ulu place. Took the bus back to 大沥 for dinner instead. I know that was a total waste of time but who knows what we might discover? There is a celebration going on now at 佛山体育场, featuring Taiwanese pop singer 周杰伦, 蔡依林 and some other asses la, only pick up these 2 names in the radio lol. Nothing much else really, just for me having a throat inflamation due to eating too much road side BBQ and not drinking enough water, feeling feverish yesterday but okay for now but still abit of cough. Nothing serious and certainly not cause I ain't going for some stupid drips. I sure my blog readers like pictures, so i prepared 1 or 2.

Bought a necklace with 2 pendants for S$40 (cheap)
Went to Toy and Crafts Wholesale Center to search for HL's stuff.
Went to have mac, wanted to buy 3 happy meals again but the counter said only left with red hello kitty.
So bought 1, but guess what, HL bought 1 too but it's green. Damn the counter girl, lazy to check and say left red. Clown. Anyway, will post the pictures of the hello kitty when I got the full set.

Its wednesday now.. Nothing much to do in the office really. Playing trivia in irc mostly the whole day or filling the report writing with some ideas. Yea it has been very hot these few days and it is going to be the same for the next 2 months or so. But we had another fan in our room, so its alot better off than just 1 ceiling fan and standing fan blowing at 3. So far so good, just have to bathe in the "cold" water before heading to bed. Manchester United is coming to Guangzhou for a friendly on the 27th Aug, trip there is still in doubt. And Jay's new and 1st movie, 不能说的秘密 is airing real soon. Maybe it is just another crap movie, but surely I will support it. And by looking at the trailer, I should say it is not that bad. Lots of music, lots of love, in memory of first love 31st July. HAHA enjoy!

As most of u guys know, I'm collecting the Hello Kitty and I've got the black, white and light purple edition into my collection. I've got 3 this week for eating 3 happy meals =0. We went to macdonalds on monday and to know that it was only wednesday that they release each week's new edition. Since we were there, might as well have our dinner done and head back.

And we went back on wednesday and it did have the 3 new colours. I kinda like the purple 1 over the others, the contrast and stuff. It's not like the purple I got last week. Well I didn't take a pic of it, was too lazy to do it.

We did some crazy stuff today. We 3 "taxied" a bike making it 4 person sitting on it. Imagina how dangerous it actually is, but it is way faster than the damn bus. Getting back from the restaurant also the same, but the crap driver dropped us somewhere 1.5km away from the facotyr and we had to walk. And best of all, he gave us a reason saying that his bike's tire cannnot make it any more and had to head back. NONSENSE, shit happens. Maybe just a treat for my readers, BANANA SPLIT (chinese version) lol. It's from the restaurant.

It's quite cool though. It just cost S$1.30 and that is what makes it so "special" HAHA. Cheap food cheap me ;P

SZ Aftermath

As most of my blog readers have known, I went to SZ on saturday morning to meet up with my ah ma. SZ is a very nice place, quite clean for a chinese province with skys similiar to Singapore. Travelling there is easy, a direct bus taking about 2 hours.

We went to have some food which is considered quite a meal for the 3 of us together with my aunt and grandma.

DIM SUM AT SHANGRI LA!!! ROAR!!!

Lmao. Crazy. After that we walked around and in search for fake goods. I'm not the 1 into it, but rather HL wanted to get a card holder for Jeff and so as my ah ma. A litle preview of how and why piracy can't be stopped.

These pictures are secretly taken inside an apartment act as their "display center" as well as warehouse.

And of cos dinner was well served at Pizza Hut.
After dinner, we headed back to the massage center for the relaxation and for the stay. A kind of "club" Singapore doesn't have. Massage was so cheap that it cost approximately SGD$30(including tips) for 4 hours of massage (mix and match) and which that u can stay over night which saves up the hotel price.

We did foot relexalogy(1hr) and full body massage(2hr), and the next morning I did facial and the other 2 did some removal of dead skin which added up to a total of 4 hours. The bath was shiok, VS sasson shampoo(free flow) and with everything u need for a good cleanse. Shaving foam, shaver and toothbrush. They even got robe for u after the bathe.

Alright this post is getting longer and I shall pen down. And our next destination...
